the room was very clean. the downstairs bar was a real bonus. the staff told me about a 20% discount for residents at the bar.
the door lock was sticky. i found the food ok for vegetarians, but a little pricey. the room was also a little pricey for what i got, and there was no breakfast.

i wasn't shown to my room. the staff were pleasant enough, but a bit blasé. the place could use a bit of tlc (i understand maintenance is ongoing though).
